Ferrite designs microwave circulators for industrial applications with the same exacting standards as our medical, military and scientific product offerings. High-power microwave circulators provide you with unique capabilities in protection and detection. Interfaces cover all industry configurations, plus mating to custom applications. Our design library of circulators is unlike any other in the industry.
915 MHz MICROWAVE GENERATORS
Ferrite’s industrial microwave generators are critical for transmitting power to your systems. While most of our generators and transmitters operate at 929, 922, 915 and 896 MHz, we have customizable design options. Our standard 75kW and 100kW generators are fully compatible with all other industrial microwave equipment, including waveguide, circulators, magnetron tubes and other transmitters. For all of our systems, we engage microwave power by applying generators as a single-source transmitter, or used in conjunction with one another to provide up to 750 kilowatts of power.
MICROWAVE CIRCULATORS
In most industrial heating applications, circulators are employed to direct microwave energy from one port to another. High-power circulators can be used in conjunction with generators and systems as a whole. Each compatible circulator serves as a protector of the magnetron, which in turn, helps provide longer life for the tube itself. Our robust circulator designs are attributable to Ferrite Microwave Technologies’ legacy as a 35+ year industry leader in high-power passive microwave components. Our microwave circulator capabilities include:
- Three and four-port designs for 896 and 915 MHz circulators
- Microwave power levels up to 75kW and 100kW
- Unique options for isolation and protection (couplers and loads)
- Compatible with full systems and standalone generators
- Circulator repair: evaluate, refurbish or replace
- Full complement of MW circulator hardware: ferrite discs, domes, housings, tubing, tuning shims, and other hardware.
