Our complete industrial microwave systems are designed with three factors in mind – generation, application, and control. We offer full systems for a number of microwave applications, customized to fit your needs.

Small Batch Tempering Oven (MIP 4)
The MIP 4 is a small-scale, compact microwave system. It is ideal for low-volume environments such as aboard a cruise ship or a food testing laboratories. The MIP 4 consists of a tempering microwave oven, and comes complete with its own generator. It is a “batch type” system, and outputs a maximum of 35 kW of power.

Tempering Tunnel System (MIP 8)
The MIP 8 is a complete tempering tunnel system. This system can temper thousands of kilograms of 0° F (-18°C) product per hour. The full system consists of a microwave tunnel oven, up to three generators, an internal oscillating conveyor, as well as a loading and unloading conveyor. As a “batch index” type system, the MIP 8 outputs a maximum of 150 kW of power. It is fully compliant with CE and European standards for health, safety and environmental protection.
Boost Heating & Industrial Drying (MIP 9)
The MIP 9 is a microwave system used in food processing, heating and industrial drying applications. This boost oven system can dramatically increase both throughput and improve performance of an existing cooking line. Many customers use this system to evaporate water from items. The MIP 9 can process snack foods, spices, biomass, industrial foam, and coal, among other products. As a continuous system, the MIP 9 is ideal for drying, boost heating and food applications. It outputs up to of 300 kW of power.
Batch Tempering Processor (MIP 10)
The MIP 10 is a precise system for food tempering applications. Many food processing plants across the world utilize the MIP 10 because of its ability to enable predictable temperature increases. Ideal settings for this batch tempering system include sausage kitchens, bakeries, and frozen prepared-food manufacturing plants. As a “batch type” system, the MIP 10 outputs up to a maximum of 75 kW of microwave power.
Industrial Bacon Cooking (MIP 11)
The MIP 11 is a comprehensive microwave solution for pre-heating, post-heating or cooking. This system is widely popular for processing bacon, meats, poultry, fish and other food products. It features system monitoring, management, and control accessories, such as FMT Product Sensors. The MIP 11 can process up to 1,800 pounds (817 kg) of product per hour. Each unit is capable of producing upwards of 200 kW of power per unit.
Continuous Tempering Tunnel
The MIP 12 is our most popular microwave solution. This well-established system is recognized for improving product quality, increasing yield, and minimizing drip loss. It can temper up to 17,000 pounds (7,770 kg) of product per hour. The MIP 12 can be paired with up to four dependable 75 kW microwave generators to significantly increase production output. As a continuous type system, the MIP 12 produces a maximum of 300 kW of microwave tempering power.
