75 kW Microwave Generator – FMT-75

The FMT-75 is an advanced 75 kW microwave generator, with an emphasis on safety features that efficiently provide industrial microwave power. These power sources generate microwave energy at a frequency of 915 MHz. Advanced electronics offer complete integration and precise control required for demanding applications. Typical uses of our 75 kW microwave generator include food production settings and various industrial processing applications. In addition to new electrical and mechanical features, its safety options provide the most safe linear power supply generator on the market.

R&D to Improve Microwave Technology

In continuation of 40+ years of working closely with our partners to identify their efficiency needs and safety requirements, we continue to improve microwave technology through research and development. One example of this is the latest addition to our 75 kW microwave generator product portfolio, in the improvements made through development of the FMT-75. The R&D of these units was in close partnership with a Global 50 Company, specific to their factories in Europe and across the globe. As a result, they meet the most stringent global electrical, EMI, and safety standards.

FMT75

Building on the rugged design and dependability of our “GET” series, we recently completed the design and launch of our “FMT” series. The aim of the R&D project, and the finished product resulted in the safest generator on the market.

We have well-established experience in designing, manufacturing, installing, and supporting thousands of generators for various industrial applications. In fact, many of these involved custom designs to meet exact application requirements.

75 kW Microwave Generators: Common Applications

Our line of generators are the fundamental building block and power source for various applications requiring microwave energy. Given their advanced safety features coupled with rugged dependability, in addition to exacting precision with unique flexibility, 75 kW microwave generator units are able to be used in essentially any application in which microwave power is utilized. Uniquely, we work with start-ups new to microwave technology, and larger companies in which microwave has been entrenched in their processes for decades. Common applications for these units includes:

Core Technologies

Supported by a well-established team of microwave engineers and technicans, our core technologies continue to grow. As pioneers of the industrial microwave field, we continue to innovate and implement the newest adaptations of our technology in the field. Recently, our team has been enjoying providing solutions to new applications exploring microwaves. When it comes to powering new applications – we design our units with three primary factors in mind. Generation, Application, and Control. These considerations are demonstrated via core technologies. This includes:

Microwave Technology
  • Linear and switch mode microwave generators
  • Development of modular container-based generator systems
  • Dynamic system control (VSWR, temperature, humidity, and more)
  • Advanced displays and custom centralized control screens for generators
  • Microwave modeling of materials, cavity structures and launching mechanisms
  • Integration of microwave components into existing processes and infrastructure
  • Design engineering and tools: optimization of power distribution and absorption
