Our 75 kW and 100 kW magnetron tubes for 915 MHz are built for the demanding nature of industrial microwave systems. Magnetrons are individually tuned and protected by Ferrite’s industry-leading high-power microwave circulators. This will ensure a long lasting life for the magnetron.
As a critical component to your microwave system, we recommend replacing magnetrons every two to eight thousand hours. The expected lifetime of a magnetron tube depends on use.
When we install a new system, our field technicians will teach your facilities maintenance team how to replace magnetron tubes. For more serious microwave system maintenance, we recommend hiring one of our field technicians for an on-site visit.
