R&D to Improve Microwave Technology
In continuation of 40+ years of working closely with our partners to identify their efficiency needs and safety requirements, we continue to improve microwave technology through research and development. One example of this is the latest addition to our 75 kW microwave generator product portfolio, in the improvements made through development of the FMT-75. The R&D of these units was in close partnership with a Global 50 Company, specific to their factories in Europe and across the globe. As a result, they meet the most stringent global electrical, EMI, and safety standards.
Building on the rugged design and dependability of our “GET” series, we recently completed the design and launch of our “FMT” series. The aim of the R&D project, and the finished product resulted in the safest generator on the market.
We have well-established experience in designing, manufacturing, installing, and supporting thousands of generators for various industrial applications. In fact, many of these involved custom designs to meet exact application requirements.

Core Technologies
Supported by a well-established team of microwave engineers and technicans, our core technologies continue to grow. As pioneers of the industrial microwave field, we continue to innovate and implement the newest adaptations of our technology in the field. Recently, our team has been enjoying providing solutions to new applications exploring microwaves. When it comes to powering new applications – we design our units with three primary factors in mind. Generation, Application, and Control. These considerations are demonstrated via core technologies. This includes:
- Linear and switch mode microwave generators
- Development of modular container-based generator systems
- Dynamic system control (VSWR, temperature, humidity, and more)
- Advanced displays and custom centralized control screens for generators
- Microwave modeling of materials, cavity structures and launching mechanisms
- Integration of microwave components into existing processes and infrastructure
- Design engineering and tools: optimization of power distribution and absorption
