Our Batch Tempering Processor is an easy-to-use industrial tempering system, ideal for portion-control food processing plants. This tempering system is used in ground beef and poultry operations, sausage kitchens, bakeries and frozen prepared food manufacturing. During a single shift, this system can automatically and precisely raise the temperature of up to 3,000 pounds (1360 kg) of frozen product to 28 degrees Fahrenheit (-2 degrees Celsius). With the MIP 10, customized batch tempering of frozen meat, fish, poultry, fruit and bakery products can be set up in just minutes. Typically, this microwave oven tempers a load of about 300 pounds (136 kg) in four minutes.
A Complete Microwave Batch Tempering System
The basic MIP 10 batch tempering processor system consists of a 50-inch by 42-inch (1.3 meter by 1.1 meter) microwave oven. It also comes equipped with one 75kW microwave generator (GET 2024). For convenience, a loading table on industrial rollers is provided as well. The microwave oven size allows for a uniform loading procedure. Simultaneously, this allows for processing of one 10-inch (254 millimeter) tier of containers placed on the loading table. Dimensionally, the loading table is 40-inch by 48-inch (1.02 meter by 1.22 meter).
The MIP 10 provides uniform heating for consistent and efficient tempering of product at very low starting temperatures. The MIP 10 batch tempering microwave oven retains protein and flavor compounds. This leads to tastier and fresher products, which then leads to more satisfied end consumers.
